When the RV reducer is working outdoors, it should be protected from sun protection, anti-collision and rain. When installing the pinion gear at the output shaft end of the RV reducer, when the coupling or the pulley is used, the shaft end screw hole pressing method is adopted. It is strictly forbidden to hammer. RV reducer avoids mixing synthetic oil with mineral oil. RV reducer is operated for the first time for 150 hours, and should be replaced after re-lubricating. The oil change interval is approximately 4,000 hours.
