1.1 La piastra di base deve essere piana e robusta, fissata con viti e resistente agli urti.<\/p>\n

1.2 L'albero di collegamento del motore primo, del riduttore e del dispositivo di azionamento deve essere installato in modo coassiale.<\/p>\n

1.3 La zona di tolleranza del diametro dell'albero di ingresso e di uscita \u00e8 H6; i fori dei raccordi (come giunti, pulegge, ruote dentate e cos\u00ec via) devono accoppiarsi correttamente all'albero, il che impedisce la rottura del cuscinetto a causa di un accoppiamento troppo lasco.<\/p>\n

1.4 Gli elementi di azionamento, come la ruota dentata e l'ingranaggio, devono essere montati in prossimit\u00e0 dei cuscinetti al fine di ridurre le sollecitazioni di flessione dell'albero sospeso.<\/p>\n

1.5 Durante l'assemblaggio del motore del riduttore WPD, \u00e8 necessario applicare una quantit\u00e0 adeguata di grasso al foro di ingresso dell'albero caldo e alla sede della chiavetta, evitando un serraggio eccessivo e la formazione di ruggine dopo un lungo utilizzo.<\/p>\n

1.6 When ordering or using all kinds of WPD type, if the motor weight is binger than the common,supporting set is required.<\/p>\n

2.notice of usage<\/p>\n

2.1 Before using,please check carefully whether the reducer modle, distance, ratio, input connecting method , output shaft structure, input and output shaft direction and revolving direction accord with required.<\/p>\n

2.2 According to the requirement of selecting lubricant oil in the product manual. Please fill proper category and brand lubricant.And then screw on the vent-plug, unlock the small cone-plug of vent-plug.Only after doing these, reducer is already for startinh up running.The proper brand and adequate lubricant oil is required, replacing oil in time conforming to the request of product manual is also necessary, especially after using first 100hours, it is required refilling new oil.<\/p>\n

2.3 When abnormal circumstances occur, please stop and check reducer per solutions and reasons for faults of reducer(allowable highest oil temperature is 95, under this temperature limit, if oil temperature no more goes up, please let reducer continue running).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
