WPA/WPS/WPX/WPO 60/100 Ratio worm gear speed reducer

WP series reducer, the worm is made of 45# high quality steel after heat treatment, the worm wheel is cast with tin bronze, the wear-resisting performance is good, especially on the bearing capacity is more obvious, mainly applicable to plastic, metallurgy, beverage, mine, lifting transportation, chemical construction and other mechanical equipment speed reduction drive.

A.Features:

1. Stable transmission, low vibration, impact and noise, large reduction ratio, wide versatility and suitable for use with various mechanical equipment.

2. Large transmission ratio can be obtained by single-stage transmission, with compact structure. Most reducers have good self-locking property, and can save the brake device for mechanical equipment with brake requirements.

3. The meshing friction loss between worm screw teeth and worm gear surface is relatively large, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of gear, and it is easy to be heated and the temperature is higher.

4. Higher requirements for lubrication and cooling.

5. Good interfitting. The worm and worm are manufactured in accordance with national standards.

B.Operating conditions:

1. The speed of worm reducer should not exceed 1500r/min.,

2.working environment temperature for -40 ℃ to + 40 ℃, when working environment temperature is lower than 0 ℃, lubricating oil must be heated before starting to more than 0 ℃, when working environment temperature is higher than 40 ℃, the cooling measures must be taken.

3. The feeding shaft of the worm gear reducer can rotate positively or negatively.

C.Notice:

1. The worm gear shaft must not be used as input shaft.

2. The machine does not pump oil at the factory. Sufficient mechanical oil must be added before operation.

3. The supporting motor (i.e. power) shall not exceed the value specified in the sign.

4. If the user wants to change the direction of entering the shaft, remove the lower end cover of the shaft, take out the worm shaft and adjust 180.Load it.Press install not hard knock, can slowly drive the two shafts, make it mesh.
