3. Installation

1) Thebase-platemustbeplaneandstoutnessandthebase-platemustbescreweddownandshockproof.

2) Theconnectingshaftofprimemover,reducerandoperationdevicemustbecoaxialinstallation.

3) ThediametertolerancezoneofinputandoutputshaftisH6,theholesoffittings (suchascouplings,belt-pulley,sprocketwheelandsoon)mustproperlymatetheshaft,whichpreventsbearingfrombreakagebecauseofover-loosemate.

4)Driverssuchassprocketwheelandgearmustbefittedclosetobearingsinordertoreducebendingstressofhangingshaft.

5)WhileassemblingmotorofWPDreducer,itisnecessarythatproperamountofbutterappliestothewarmshaftinputholeand keyway,avoidingassemblingtootightlyandrustingafterusingforalongtime.

6) WhenorderingorusingallkindsofWPDtype,ifthemotorweightisbingerthanthecommon, supportingsetisrequired.
