1.1Thebase-platemustbeplaneandstoutnessandthebase-platemustbescreweddownandshockproof.

1.2Theconnectingshaftofprimemover,reducerandoperationdevicemustbecoaxialinstallation.

1.3ThediametertolerancezoneofinputandoutputshaftisH6,theholesoffittings(suchascouplings,belt-pully,sprocketwheelandsoon)mustproperlymatetheshaft,whichpreventsbearingfrombreakagebecauseofover-loosemate.

1.4Driverssuchassprockerwheelandgearmustbefittedclosetobearingsinordertoreducebendingstressofhangingshaft.

1.5WhileassemblingmotorofWPDreducer,itisnecessarythatproperamountofbutterappliestothewarmshaftinputholeandkeyway,avoidingassemblingtootightlyandrustingafterusingforalongtime.
