Structure of Gear Reducer:

Description of Gear Reducer: It is used to redcue rotate speed and enhance torque of motor.

Features of Gear Reducer:

1. Cast by superior quality aluminum alloy, light and rustless;

2. Large output torque;

3. Steady transmission, low noise, continuous long-time working under bad conditions;

4. High efficiency of heat rediating;

5. beatiful, durable and small;

6. Adapt to omnibearing installation.

Main material of gear reducer:

1. Housing: Aluminum alloy ( frame size:025-090); cast Iron ( frame size: 110-150)

2. Worm: 20 Cr, carbonizing and quenchering, tooth surface hardness is 56-62HRC, keep the carbonized layer thickess be 0.3-0.5mm after accurate grinding.

3. Worm wheel: Wearable stannum bronze
