WPA Cast Iron Worm Speed Reducr
Gearbox are used to transfer rotation and torque from motor to working machine.Most drill speed reducers are used to decrease speed by gears in the drill speed reducer .
Worm drill speed reducer is much widely used in modern machinery systems,since its ratio can be up to 1:100 easily ,which is much bigger than all gearboxes, and itsdimension is much smaller than all gears when ratio is same.
Design characteristics:
1:Use low-carbon cast iron cementation processing completely.
2:The gear and the gear shaft precision is high.
3:The volume small,but the torque is big.
Maintenance:
After 300-hour operation, please change the oil, and flush the gear unitwith suitable detergents.
Pleasedo not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.
Pleasecheck the oil level in regular time.
Storage:
1:Pleasedo not store in outdoor.
2:Pleaseput cardboard, wood or other material between the products and floor. the drill speed reducer cannot directly touch the floor.
