Products Description

WP worm reducer features:
1, smooth transmission, vibration, so that the impact and noise are small, deceleration ratio, wide versatility, can be used with all kinds of mechanical equipment.
2, can achieve a large transmission ratio by single stage transmission, compact structure, most types of reducer has better self-locking, braking requirements of mechanical equipment can save the brake device.
3. The meshing friction loss of worm screw tooth and worm gear tooth surface is large, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of the gear, which is prone to heating and high temperature.
4. Higher requirements for lubrication and cooling.
