WPWA Worm Reducer — Core Features
■ WPW Universal Body with A-Type Below Input
Universal P-housing with A-type (below) input shaft direction fixed. Provides the mounting versatility of the WPW body for applications where the A-type input orientation is specified.
■ Standard Worm Reducer in Universal Housing
WPWA delivers the familiar bilateral A-type solid input with the universal body’s multi-orientation mounting capability — the standard foot-mount reducer that can be mounted in 5 positions.
■ 11 Sizes: 40–250 mm, Output Torque to 4,440 Nm
Complete industrial drive range in the universal P-housing. Size 40 at 1/5 delivers 2.2 Nm; size 250 at 1/60 delivers 4,440 Nm.
■ FC20+ Cast Iron Universal P-Housing
Single-cast FC20+ grey cast iron P-housing provides 3× vibration damping versus aluminium and maintains shaft alignment across all 5 mounting orientations.
■ N150–N220 Lubrication — Optimised for Universal Housing
Lower viscosity lubricant than WP-series equivalents, optimised for the universal P-housing oil distribution geometry across all mounting orientations.
■ Bilateral A-Type Input — Motor from Either Side
Standard bilateral solid input shaft accepts motor connection from either side — maintaining full WPA-equivalent motor coupling flexibility within the universal housing.
WPWA Worm Reducer — Industry Applications

⚒ OEM Machines Requiring Universal Mounting
Machine builders who need A-type input with universal mounting position flexibility use WPWA — one product accommodates all installation orientations without changing the reducer model.
⚊ Conveyor Drives with Multiple Mounting Options
Conveyor drive applications where the same A-type input reducer must be installed in different orientations (horizontal, wall-mount, inverted) standardise on WPWA for the universal body.
☷ Agricultural Equipment Standard Drive
Agricultural machines using standard A-type input worm reducers gain universal mounting flexibility with WPWA — fitting the same unit in multiple orientations on the same machine.
⚙ Process Equipment Universal A-Type Drives
Process equipment standardising on A-type input reducers uses WPWA for the universal body’s flexibility to accommodate changed installation orientations without a product change.
Ever Power Manufacturing Quality — WPWA Worm Reducer

■ ISO 9001:2000 Certified Production
Every WPW unit is manufactured under ISO 9001:2000 quality management. Raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final testing are documented and traceable.
■ CE Marking — EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
Full CE compliance for export to EU, UK, Australian, and New Zealand markets.
■ Pre-Shipment Testing: Noise, Leak, Torque
Noise below 68 dB(A) at rated load, 30-minute pressurisation leak test, and output torque within ±5% of rated. Non-conforming units reworked before shipment.
■ FC20+ Material Certification
Housing castings verified by mill certificates: minimum 220 MPa tensile strength, 160–200 HB hardness.
WPWA Universal Worm Reducer — Customer Reviews
“WPWA on our OEM machine. Universal body lets us fit the same reducer in three different mounting orientations across the machine. Standard A-type input — same motor couplings as our WPA units.”
“Used WPWA on our conveyor system. Multiple mounting positions, one product model with universal body. Standard A-type input works with our existing motor hardware.”
“WPWA on our agricultural equipment. Universal body with A-type input — same reducer fitted in horizontal, wall-mount, and inverted positions. Significant inventory simplification.”
“Good universal body A-type unit. WPWA-90 in multiple positions. Working well. Would appreciate a clear comparison chart between WPWA and WPA for our engineering selection.”
