EP-NRV025 Solid Shaft Aluminium Worm Gearbox – Product Overview
O EP-NRV025 is the most compact foot-mount solid-shaft aluminium worm gearbox available in the NRV range, engineered for precision instruments and micro-mechanism actuators. With a solid Ø9j6 input shaft instead of an IEC motor flange, the NRV025 accepts any motor type via standard shaft coupling – servo motors, stepper motors, DC brushless, hydraulic motors, and even combustion engine PTO drives. This universal motor compatibility is the defining advantage of the NRV series over the IEC-flange-only NMRV series. At approx. 1 kg with 25 mm centre distance and Ø11g6 output shaft, it delivers up to 14 Nm output torque across ratios 5-60:1. The die-cast aluminium alloy housing provides corrosion resistance and thermal efficiency superior to cast iron while saving 30-50% in weight.
