Cái EP-NMRV040 occupies the critical mid-point of the NMRV aluminium worm reducer range – large enough for real conveyor and machinery loads, yet compact enough at 2.3 kg to remain practical for wall-mount, overhead, and space-constrained installations. With 12 standard ratios from 5:1 to 100:1 and input power acceptance up to 0.55 kW, the NMRV040 handles applications that the smaller NMRV025 and NMRV030 cannot reach – belt conveyors running at moderate speeds, packaging machine fold-and-seal mechanisms, agricultural feed dispensers, and small mixer drives. The Ø18 mm output shaft is the most common shaft size in small industrial drive systems, accepting standard couplings, sprocket hubs, and timing pulleys directly. Four output flange options – FA, FB, FC, and FD – provide direct machine mounting flexibility that eliminates the separate gearbox mounting bracket from the BOM. The NMRV040 also serves as the output stage for NMRV025/040 and NMRV030/040 double-stage combinations, and as a pre-stage for NMRV075 and NMRV090 in extreme-ratio configurations reaching 5000:1.
