The EP-NMRV110 brings the weight and corrosion advantages of aluminium to large industrial drive applications – 648 Nm output torque from input powers up to 9.2 kW. At 35 kg it remains notably lighter than the 50+ kg cast iron equivalents at this torque level, making overhead, wall-mount, and remote-site installations substantially more practical. The 110 mm centre distance and Ø42 mm output shaft handle heavy conveyor head drives, large mixing vessel agitators, and industrial process machinery. IEC motor frames from 80 to 210 connect directly via B5 or B14 flange. Compatible with PC080 and PC090 helical pre-stages for extended ratio ranges. Also serves as the output stage for NMRV050/110 double-stage combinations reaching 5000:1 with output torques up to 1396 Nm.
