Contact Ever-power

Technical enquiries, product selection guidance, and custom engineering support — our team responds to all messages within one business day.

Three Ways to Start a Conversation

Whether you have a straightforward parts request or a complex application that needs engineering input, use whichever channel suits your workflow best.

For product enquiries, quote requests, technical documentation, and order follow-ups. All emails are reviewed by a technical team member — not a call centre.

Enquiry Form
Online Form Below

Complete the structured enquiry form below with your application details — motor power, output speed, mounting requirements, and environment. We will return a specific product recommendation with supporting data.

Response Time
Within 1 Business Day

Our engineering team operates across AEST business hours. For urgent replacement or breakdown situations, flag your enquiry as "urgent" in the subject line or form and we will prioritise accordingly.

What to Include in Your Enquiry

The more application detail you provide upfront, the more specific — and therefore more useful — our response will be. The four pieces of information below allow our engineers to recommend the correct worm reducer frame size, gear ratio, and protection class in a single reply.

1

Motor Power and Speed

State the input motor power in kW and the rated speed in rpm. If you are using a variable-frequency drive (VFD), note the speed range.

2

Required Output Speed or Ratio

Either specify the required output shaft speed in rpm, or the reduction ratio if already known. If neither is fixed, describe the driven equipment and its operating speed.

3

Duty Cycle and Load Character

Is the drive continuous or intermittent? Does it start under load? Are there significant shock or reversing loads? These details determine the service factor applied to the torque rating.

4

Installation Environment

Describe the ambient temperature range, presence of dust, moisture, or corrosive media, and any hygiene requirements (food-grade, pharmaceutical, chemical). This determines housing material and IP protection class.

Not sure which series is right for your application? Browse our complete worm reducer product range for specifications, dimensional drawings, and efficiency data before submitting your enquiry. Our aluminium, cast iron, and stainless steel series each target a distinct performance and environmental envelope.

What You Can Expect When You Contact Ever-power

Every enquiry is handled by engineers with direct product knowledge — not routed through generic customer service scripts.

Technical Specification Review
We cross-check your application parameters against our product range and flag any potential mismatches — duty cycle, thermal rating, and self-locking requirement included.
Full Documentation Package
Every quotation is accompanied by a dimensional drawing, torque-efficiency table, and CE declaration. If you need a CAD file for your installation layout, just ask.
Custom Engineering Options
Non-standard ratios, extended shafts, dual outputs, and OEM label programmes are discussed openly. If your requirement falls outside our catalogue, we will tell you honestly.
No Obligation Quotation
Requesting a quote does not commit you to any purchase. We provide pricing and lead-time information so you can make an informed procurement decision at your own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common technical and commercial questions we receive from Australian buyers.

Do your worm reducers comply with Australian electrical standards?
All Ever-power motor-integrated worm gear units are available in configurations compatible with Australian supply standards — 230V/50Hz single-phase and 400V/50Hz three-phase. We recommend specifying the local voltage and phase count in your enquiry so we can confirm motor frame compatibility before shipping.
Can I get food-grade worm gearboxes for a FSANZ-regulated facility?
Yes. Our stainless steel worm reducer series (SS / SSGM) is manufactured from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel with NSF H1 certified food-grade lubricant as standard. Sealing is rated to IP65 or IP67. Full material certification and lubrication compliance documentation is included with every order. We supply directly to food processing, dairy, and beverage facilities throughout Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.
What information do I need to get an accurate quote?
The four essentials are: (1) input motor power in kW, (2) required output speed in rpm or the desired reduction ratio, (3) duty cycle and load character (continuous, shock, reversing), and (4) installation environment (ambient temperature, presence of moisture, dust, or corrosive media). If you are replacing an existing unit, the current model number and any known failure mode are also very helpful.
Are there minimum order quantities?
There is no minimum order quantity for standard catalogue items. Whether you need a single replacement unit for a breakdown repair or a bulk procurement for a new installation, we provide the same technical documentation and consistent pricing. Custom OEM configurations and non-standard ratio builds may have minimum production run requirements — these are discussed case by case.
Can you supply CAD files and technical drawings?
Yes. Dimensional drawings are included in every quotation as a PDF. 2D DXF and 3D STEP files are available on request at no charge. Specify the format required in your enquiry. These files cover all standard NMRV, WPA, and SSGM configurations. Custom configurations have drawings generated after order confirmation.
Do you offer custom gear ratios or non-standard configurations?
Our OEM engineering programme covers non-standard reduction ratios, extended input/output shafts, dual-output configurations, custom mounting flanges, and private-label branding. Share your application brief with our team and we will assess feasibility and provide a development timeline and indicative pricing.
What certifications do your products carry?
All Ever-power worm reducers carry CE Declarations of Conformity and are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Products are also RoHS compliant and independently tested by SGS. Stainless steel food-grade units carry NSF H1 lubricant certification. Full certification documentation is available on request prior to purchase.
I need a replacement for a competitor brand unit. Can you help?
Frequently. Provide the existing brand name, model number, and any observable dimensional information (centre height, shaft diameter, flange configuration). Our engineers maintain a cross-reference database covering major European and Asian worm gearbox manufacturers and can usually identify a direct or closely compatible replacement. Bring your maintenance team into the conversation early — dimensional fit and mounting compatibility are confirmed before shipment.
