■ WPW Universal Body + O Vertical Output + Double Stage

The WPWEO extends the WPWE universal body to include O-type vertical upward output at dual-stage extreme ratios. Universal shaft direction input configurations, vertical upward output, and ratios from 1/200 to 1/900+ — covering all installation geometries for ultra-slow vertical agitator drives.

Vertical upward output shaft direction is maintained regardless of which WPW input shaft direction configuration is used — universal input geometry, consistent vertical upward output.

■ Same 6,050 Nm Output Torque — Universal Body Does Not Affect Capacity

WPWEO worm gear internals are identical to WPEO at equivalent size combinations. Universal body and O-type designation do not reduce torque capacity.

■ Prüfung vor dem Versand: Geräusche, Leckage, Drehmoment

Geräuschpegel unter 68 dB(A) bei Nennlast, 30-minütige Druckbeaufschlagung beider Getriebekammern und Abtriebsdrehmoment innerhalb von ±51 TP3T des Nenndrehmoments. Nicht konforme Einheiten werden vor dem Versand nachbearbeitet.

■ FC20+ Materialzertifizierung

Beide Gehäuse verfügen über Werkszeugnisse gemäß FC20: Mindestzugfestigkeit 220 MPa, Härte 160–200 HB. Ultraschallprüfung bei Größenkombinationen ab 135–200.
