WPWO Universal Speed Cast Iron Worm Reducer — Product Overview
Universal P-housing with O-type vertical upward output — all input shaft direction configurations supported for vertical agitator applications.
WPW P 하우징은 단일 주조로 5가지 표준 축 방향 구성을 모두 수용하므로 방향별 하우징 변형이 필요 없습니다. 입력 전력은 0.06kW(40호)에서 98kW(250호)까지, 출력 토크는 2.2Nm에서 4,440Nm까지 11가지 표준 크기로 제공됩니다.

■ 출하 전 테스트: 소음, 누출, 토크
정격 부하 시 소음은 68dB(A) 미만이며, 30분 가압 누출 시험을 통과했고, 출력 토크는 정격 토크의 ±5% 이내입니다. 불량품은 출하 전에 재작업됩니다.
■ FC20+ 소재 인증
하우징 주조품은 공장 인증서로 검증되었으며, 최소 인장 강도는 220 MPa, 경도는 160~200 HB입니다.
