WPDKZ Maximum-Feature Vessel-Top Cast Iron Worm Reducer — Product Overview
For vessel-top drive applications in GMP-regulated food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, the WPDKZ is the complete solution. Four features in one FC20+ cast iron housing: the Z-type flange mounts directly on the vessel nozzle; the IEC motor flange accepts the motor without an adaptor; the K-type hollow bore receives the driven shaft without a coupling; and the D-type split housing opens for validated worm wheel inspection without disconnecting either motor or vessel mount.
The result is zero external coupling hardware at either the motor or output end, in-situ maintenance access, and direct vessel nozzle installation — all in seven standard sizes from 50–135 mm centre distance.

Circular flange bolts to any flanged surface — vessel nozzles, column flanges, wall brackets. 360° rotational positioning during installation for precise output shaft orientation.
■ IEC Motor Flange — Motor Overhead, No Adaptor
Integrated IEC 72-1 flange at the top entry. Motor bolts on in four bolts without adaptor plate, coupling, or alignment tool — overhead motor, drive complete.
■ K Hollow Bore — Driven Shaft Inserts, No Coupling
H7-tolerance K-bore with GB/T 1095 keyway. Driven shaft inserts directly — no coupling hardware, no coupling maintenance, no coupling in the process or product zone.
■ D Split Housing — In-Situ Validated Inspection
Housing cover removes while IEC motor stays connected and Z-flange stays on vessel. Worm wheel access for GMP periodic inspection without disconnecting motor or vessel mount.

Neither motor end nor driven shaft end requires a coupling. Eight flange bolts (motor + vessel) and one keyed shaft insertion — the minimum possible external hardware count.
