The EP-NMRV050 bridges the gap between light-duty NMRV040 and medium-duty NMRV063 applications. At 3.5 kg with 50 mm centre distance and Ø25 mm output shaft, it handles output torques up to 89 Nm – sufficient for single-lane packaging conveyors, water treatment paddle drives, and food processing belt systems that exceed the NMRV040 capacity but do not yet require the bulk of the NMRV063. The Ø25 mm output shaft matches standard Australian industrial coupling and sprocket bore sizes directly without adaptor sleeves. IEC motor frames from 56 to 80 connect directly via B5 or B14 flange – adding frame 80 compatibility that the NMRV040 does not offer. Four output flanges FA, FB, FC, and FD provide versatile direct machine mounting. The NMRV050 also serves as the output stage for NMRV030/050 double-stage combinations reaching 4800:1, and as a pre-stage for NMRV110 in extreme-ratio configurations up to 5000:1.
