Cái WPX addresses the mirror-image need to the WPO: applications where the driven shaft must exit downward — ceiling-mounted overhead conveyors, inverted drives, and gravity-feed mechanisms. The X-type output shaft exits vertically downward from the housing, while the motor input enters horizontally from either side via the bilateral worm shaft.

The WPX uses identical FC20+ cast iron housing, worm gear internals, and torque ratings to the WPA and WPO. The X-type designation changes only the output shaft direction — all 12 frame sizes, full 1/5–1/60 ratio range, and 2,371 Nm maximum output torque are retained.

■ X-Type Downward Output — Ceiling/Inverted Mount Ready

Output shaft exits vertically downward as standard. Mount the unit inverted on an overhead structure with the output pointing down — no right-angle adapter or bevel stage required.

■ Bilateral Horizontal Input — Motor from Either Side

The horizontal bilateral input shaft is retained in the WPX, allowing motor connection from either side of the overhead frame without a mirrored unit.

■ Oil Circuit for X-Type Downward Orientation

Oil volume and circulation geometry are specified for X-type inverted mounting. Fill to the WPX lubrication table mark — ensures adequate worm wheel submersion with output shaft pointing down.

■ Same Torque Capacity as WPA — 2,371 Nm Maximum

X-type designation affects output direction only. All WPX sizes deliver identical torque to their WPA counterparts — worm gear internals are unchanged.

■ 12 Frame Sizes: 40–250 mm

From 5 kg (size 40) to 340 kg (size 250), covering the full range of overhead conveyor and ceiling-mounted drive applications.

■ FC20+ Cast Iron Housing — Suitable for Inverted Mounting

Cast iron housing rigidity supports the weight of the drive unit in inverted ceiling-mount configurations without the housing distortion risk that affects lighter aluminium units under sustained load.

■ Kiểm tra trước khi giao hàng: Độ ồn, rò rỉ, mô-men xoắn

Mỗi thiết bị đều trải qua ba bài kiểm tra: độ ồn dưới 68 dB(A) ở tải định mức, kiểm tra rò rỉ áp suất trong 30 phút và mô-men xoắn đầu ra nằm trong phạm vi ±5% so với định mức. Các thiết bị không đạt tiêu chuẩn sẽ được sửa chữa lại — không được xuất xưởng.

■ Chứng nhận vật liệu FC20+

Các sản phẩm đúc vỏ được kiểm định bằng chứng nhận của nhà máy đối với mác thép FC20: độ bền kéo tối thiểu 220 MPa, độ cứng 160–200 HB. Kiểm tra khuyết tật bằng siêu âm đối với kích thước từ 135 trở lên.
