Both reduction stages share a single FC20+ dual-chamber cast iron housing. Both reduction stages share a single FC20+ dual-chamber cast iron housing. No intermediate coupling shaft, no external mounting frame between stages — the complete ultra-high-ratio reducer in a single bolt-down unit.
■ Ratio 1/200 to 1/900+ — Standard Motor Input
A standard 1,450 rpm motor input becomes 1.6–7.3 rpm at size 40–70 ratio 1/900. Covers the full ultra-low output speed requirement without custom gearing or planetary add-on stages.
■ Output Torque to 6,050 Nm — Size 155–250
The largest size combination (155–250 mm) delivers up to 6,050 Nm at the highest available ratio — matching the torque demands of heavy-duty solar tracker drives and large valve actuators.
■ Matched Tin-Bronze Worm Wheels — Both Stages
Both worm wheel pairs use the same ZCuSn10Pb1 tin-bronze alloy and precision hobbing process, ensuring consistent mesh efficiency and noise performance across the two-stage reduction.

Gate valves, butterfly valves, and sluice gates requiring ultra-low output speed and high output torque are standard WPEA applications. Size 100–155 at 1/800 delivers 2,100 Nm from a standard 3.69 kW motor input.
