About Our Range
Our worm reducer range is engineered for the specific demands of Australian industrial environments. Three distinct product series — aluminium, cast iron, and stainless steel — cover input powers from 0.06 kW to 22 kW, reduction ratios from 5:1 to 100:1, and output torques up to 8,000 Nm, providing a specification option for virtually every power transmission requirement from compact packaging machinery to heavy-duty mineral processing equipment.
Every unit is manufactured under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, run-tested at rated torque before dispatch, and shipped with a CE Declaration of Conformity, dimensional drawings, and torque-efficiency tables. CAD files in DXF and STEP format are available at no charge for all standard configurations. If you need guidance selecting the correct frame, ratio, or housing material for your application, our engineering team provides application support as standard — not a premium service.

Lightweight die-cast aluminium housing for compact, thermally efficient worm gear reduction in automation, packaging, and conveyor applications. The most widely specified worm gearbox series for small-to-medium duty cycles where footprint and weight are constraints.
Heavy-duty grey cast iron housing with oil-bath lubrication for continuous-duty, high-torque industrial applications. The preferred worm gear drive for mining conveyors, agricultural machinery, bulk-handling equipment, and water treatment plant drives where sustained load and shock resistance are critical.
