EP-NMRV075 Heavy Medium-Duty Aluminium Worm Reducer
Cái EP-NMRV075 takes the NMRV aluminium worm reducer series into serious medium-duty territory – delivering up to 233 Nm output torque at input powers up to 3 kW. At 9 kg with 75 mm centre distance, it remains significantly lighter than cast iron equivalents which typically weigh 15-20 kg while handling conveyor head drives, industrial agitator mechanisms, and processing equipment that the smaller NMRV063 cannot cover. The output shaft upgrades to Ø28 mm standard with optional Ø35 mm for heavier shaft loads – matching the shaft standards used in medium-duty Australian industrial drives. IEC motor frames from 56 to 112 connect directly via B5 or B14 flange, accommodating motors from 0.25 kW to 3 kW without adaptor plates. Compatible with PC071 and PC080 helical pre-stages for extended ratio ranges with higher efficiency than equivalent double-worm combinations.
