EP-NRV110 Solid Shaft Aluminium Worm Gearbox – Product Overview
ال EP-NRV110 is the large industrial NRV solid-shaft worm gearbox for mining, heavy process, and large agitator applications where hydraulic motor compatibility is essential. With a solid Ø28j6 input shaft instead of an IEC motor flange, the NRV110 accepts any motor type via standard shaft coupling – servo motors, stepper motors, DC brushless, hydraulic motors, and even combustion engine PTO drives. This universal motor compatibility is the defining advantage of the NRV series over the IEC-flange-only NMRV series. At approx. 38 kg with 110 mm centre distance and Ø42h6 output shaft, it delivers up to approx. 650 Nm output torque across ratios 7.5-100:1.
