Single-stage worm reducers achieve ratios up to 1/60. When applications demand 1/200, 1/500, or 1/900 — solar trackers, valve actuators, slow-speed conveyors, and positioning drives — a second worm stage is the engineering answer. Overhead motor positioning minimises lateral machine width at extreme ratios where a side-entry motor would project beyond the structural envelope of compact machines and tracker frames.

Hollow bore output connects the driven shaft directly even at 6,050 Nm maximum output torque (size 155–250). No output coupling hardware — shorter installed length, no coupling fatigue at extreme torque levels.
