EP-NRV063 Solid Shaft Aluminium Worm Gearbox – Product Overview
O EP-NRV063 is the medium-duty NRV solid-shaft worm gearbox for construction equipment, mining conveyors, and heavy automation, offering combustion engine PTO compatibility. With a solid Ø19j6 input shaft instead of an IEC motor flange, the NRV063 accepts any motor type via standard shaft coupling – servo motors, stepper motors, DC brushless, hydraulic motors, and even combustion engine PTO drives. This universal motor compatibility is the defining advantage of the NRV series over the IEC-flange-only NMRV series. At approx. 7 kg with 63 mm centre distance and Ø25h6 output shaft, it delivers up to 160 Nm output torque across ratios 7.5-100:1. The die-cast aluminium alloy housing provides corrosion resistance and thermal efficiency superior to cast iron while saving 30-50% in weight. Purpose-designed for construction hoist mechanisms, mining conveyor drives, and portable equipment where the solid 19 mm input shaft enables coupling to petrol engine PTO and diesel-hydraulic motors.
